Long Overdue

Its been a LONG while since I last posted. I really need to get better at doing this.

Kyle has finally found a job. Its been a week ago today that he started at Quik Trip. The Lord has really blessed us by giving him this job, but can I say that its a blessing that Im ready to be rid of? Kyle works nights now so, Im home all by myself (with Bennett) from around 10pm-7:30am. And to top it all off, Kyle hates it too. I think this whole situation would be a lot easier if he were working at a job he loves. It is a blessing that we no longer have to worry about our finances though.

Bennett is growing so fast! He is SO CLOSE to crawling, its insane. He will get on his hands and knees and just rock back and forth...try and crawl a bit and crash land on his face. Its so cute and fun and sad at the same time. I wish he would just crawl. He would be so much happier than he already is. Im also trying to teach him sign language. Right now he is learning MILK, EAT, SLEEP, MORE and UP. Its kind of a difficult process with my son that doesnt pay attention to one thing for more than a few seconds. Its really hard to get him to pay attention to my signing when he is so anxious for milk, or sleep, etc.

My baby boy will be 7 months in less than two weeks. How time flies. Im ready for another baby.

Anyone who is praying for us, thank you. Please continue to pray for us. Below are some specific things we need prayer for.

1. That Kyle's time at QT will be short and sweet and God will call us to a church where he can serve as the youth pastor.
2. That Bennett will have a smooth adjustment whenever God calls us somewhere else.
3. That I will learn to have patience and I will be slow to anger and quick in love.
